Vestly is a web-based proposal generation tool that allows contractors and service professionals to create, send, and manage professional proposals. The Service includes proposal creation, shareable proposal links, client acceptance tracking, and email notifications.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Vestly offers 3 free proposals upon registration. After your free proposals are used, continued use requires a one-time payment of $19 USD, which grants unlimited proposal generation with no recurring fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any laws, send fraudulent proposals, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Vestly a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Vestly does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vestly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
